Abstract
A series of 3-alkyl(aryl)-3-aminoquinuclidines was synthesized by means of the interaction between 3-alkyl(aryl)-3-oxyquinuclidines and acetonitrile in the presence of concentrated sulfuric acid with subsequent hydrolysis of the 3-alkyl(aryl)-3-acetaminoquinuclidines. It was shown that in addition to acetamino derivatives 3-alkyl-Δ2-dehydroquinuclidines and 3-alkylidenequinuclidines are formed, the structure of which was established by the method of NMR.
