Abstract
Ultrafine amorphous (Fe, Co, Ni) B powders have been prepared by a chemical reduction method. The influence of the Co and Ni atoms on the distribution of internal magnetic fields P(Bhf) has been investigated.
The quadrupole splitting distribution P(QS) of ultrafine amorphous Fe−Ni−B powders has a form similar to that derived for the dense random packing of atoms.
