Abstract
The pulsed beam perturbed angular distribution method has been used to investigate the temperature dependence of the electric quadrupole interaction of120Sb in metallic tin. The observed quadrupole coupling constant follows theT 3/2-power law dependence. The temperature dependence of the alignment is related to the dynamics of radiation damage point defects.
