N18O-tracer study on the oxidation of CO by NO and O2 over γ-Al2O3 supported Rh, Ru and their Sn-alloys

Abstract

CO is found to be oxidized by non-dissociatively adsorbed NO in O2-containing atmosphere over γ-Al2O3 supported Rh, Ru and their Sn-alloys at 473 K. Reaction between adsorbed N and O to NO seems to lead to low conversion of NO to N2 in an O2-containing atmosphere.

Abstract

Окись углерода окисляется адсорбированным недиссоциативно NO в кислородосодержащей атмосфере на γ-окиси алюминия с нанесенным Rh, Ru и их сплавами с Sn при 473 К. В зтих же условиях в незначительной степени NO препращается в N2.
