Die Beweglichkeit verschiedener Hämoglobinderivate bei der Hochspannungselektrophorese

Zusammenfassung

Bei Hochspannungselektrophorese zeigt Hämiglobin eine deutlich geringere Beweglichkeit als Oxy- und Kohlenmonoxyd-Hämoglobin sowie Cyanhämiglobin. Hämiglobin kann daher als zusätzliche Bande in Erscheinung treten, wenn es in einer Blutfarbstofflösung zur Hämiglobinbildung kommt. Zur Vermeidung dieses Störeffektes empfiehlt es sich, Cyanhämiglobin zu verwenden.
