Zusammenfassung

In einem paraproteinämischen Serum wurden sedimentationsanalytisch vier verschiedene Makroglobulinfraktionen nachgewiesen, die nach Inkubation des Serums mit Homocysteinthiolacton quantitativ in die G-Komponente eingingen.
