Der bilirubinostatische Ikterus, eine neue Ikterusform beim Zusammentreffen von Operation, Narkose und Bluttransfusion

Zusammenfassung

Es werden die Untersuchungsergebnisse von 41 Patienten mitgeteilt, bei denen es nach Operation, Narkose und Bluttransfusion zum Auftreten eines Ikterus mit teilweise hochgradiger direkter Hyperbilirubinämie kam. Nach den bisherigen Ergebnissen läßt sich dieser Ikterus von den bekannten Ikterusformen (hämolytischer Ikterus, hepatocellulärer Ikterus, cholostatische Hepatose) abtrennen. Es liegt wohl eine isolierte Exkretionsstörung für konjugiertes Bilirubin aus der Leberzelle vor, deshalb wird die neue Ikterusform als bilirubinostatischer Ikterus bezeichnet. Der bilirubinostatische Ikterus entspricht der Bilirubinstoffwechselstörung nach einer erworbenen Form des angeborenen Rotor-Syndroms.
