Zusammenfassung
Bei 50 Patienten mit primärer Panmyelopathie wurde der Erythrocytenumsatz mit Hilfe der Cr51-Markierung untersucht. In den meisten Fällen ergab sich eine mäßige Verkürzung der Erythrocytenlebenszeit, während sich nur in der Minderzahl der Fälle eine absolute Senkung der Produktionsrate eindeutig nachweisen ließ. Die Anämie ist also im allgemeinen durch einen beschleunigten Erythrocytenabbau bei relativer Insuffizienz des erythropoetischen Knochenmarks bedingt. Aus den Reticulocytenzahlen können bei Panmyelopathien keine sicheren Rückschlüsse auf den peripheren Erythrocytenumsatz gezogen werden.
