Zusammenfassung

Die vergleichende Betrachtung zweier Patientengruppen mit Asthma bronchiale, die teils ohne, teils mit Steroiden behandelt wurden, zeigte eine Zunahme der bakteriell-infektiösen Komplikationen bei der Steroidgruppe von 16,8 auf 34,7%.

Summary

A critical comparison of two patient groups with asthma treated without and with steroids is showing up a surprising augmentation of bacterial and infectious complications from 16,8% to 34,7% in the steroid treated group.
