Summary

The levels of alpha1-antitrypsin and alpha2-macroglobulin in five male patients (age 30–45 years) with exsudative tuberculosis of the lung were examined before and after i.v. injection of 25 000 IU of Trasylol® by the radio immunodiffusion method of Mancini.

3, 6 and 9 hours after the injection the serum levels of the alpha1-antitrypsin and alpha2-macroglobulin were significantly (P<0.01 combined unilateralt-Test) over the controls

Zusammenfassung

An 5 Patienten (30–45 Jahre alt) mit exsudativer Lungentuberkulose wurden die Serumspiegel von Alpha1-Antitrypsin und Alpha2-Makroglobulin nach Injektion von 25 000 IE Trasylol® nach der Radioimmuno diffusionsmethode nach Mancini bestimmt.

Dabei lagen 3, 6 und 9 Std nach der Injektion die Serumspiegel beider Eiweißkörper mitP<0,025 im einseitigen verbundenent-Test über dem Ausgangswert.
