Zusammenfassung
Bei elf gesunden Versuchspersonen wurde in Ruhe wie bei 40, 80 und 120 W im Liegen mit der Kohlensäurerückatmungsmethode das Herzminutenvolumen bestimmt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen eine lineare Beziehung zwischen Belastungsstufe, Sauerstoffverbrauch, Atemminutenvolumen und Herzfrequenz. Auch die Atemtiefe und Atemfrequenz steigen bei erheblicher individueller Schwankung für die Mittelwerte linear an. Auch das Herzminutenvolumen zeigt zum Sauerstoffverbrauch eine gleichsinnige lineare Beziehung. Das Schlagvolumen steigt von Ruhe zu leichter Belastung deutlich an, um dann bei weiterer Steigerung der Belastung nur noch eine geringgradige weitere Vergrößerung zu erfahren.
Die arteriellen Blutgaswerte bleiben annähernd unverändert. Die venöse Sauerstoffsättigung sinkt in Abhängigkeit von der Belastungsstufe erheblich ab, um bei 120 W bei etwa 46,5% zu liegen. Der Kohlensäuredruck des gemischten venösen Blutes steigt anfänglich steiler, bei höheren Belastungen weniger steil, bis zu 55 mm Hg bei 120 W an. Der pH-Wert des gemischten venösen Blutes dürfte auch bei stärkeren Belastungen kaum unter 7,30 absinken.
Die Hauptlast der O2-Versorgung des Organismus unter Belastung trägt die Steigerung des Herzzeitvolumens, wobei die Vergrößerung der arterio-venösen Sättigungsdifferenz erheblich an der Einsparung von Herzarbeit wirksam wird. An der Steigerung des Herzminutenvolumens sind der Anstieg des Schlagvolumens und der Herzfrequenz in etwa gleichem Ausmaße beteiligt.
