Die Behandlung der Syphilis mit Meta-amino-para-oxy-phenyl-arsenoxyd

Zusammenfassung

1. Arsenoxyd beeinflußt sehr rasch die klinischen Erscheinungen, wodurch die Patienten schnell ihre Ansteckungsfähigkeit verlieren.

2. Therapieresistente Syphilisfälle sprechen auf Arsenoxyd gut an.

3. Die Seroreaktionen werden in derselben Weise beeinflußt wie beim Salvarsan.

4. Salvarsantoxikodermien können mit Arsenoxyd weiterbehandelt werden.

5. Die Syphilis maligna spricht gut auf Arsenoxyd an.

6. Die Verträglichkeit während der Injektion ist wesentlich schlechter als beim Neosalvarsan.
