Ergebnisse experimenteller Untersuchungen nach normothermer und hypothermer Homoiotransplantation einer Lunge

Zusammenfassung

Nach kurzer Zusammenstellung gewisser Teile des umfangreichen Schrifttums auf dem Transplantationsgebiet wird auf die Problematick näher eingegangen. Es folgt die Mitteilung experimenteller Untersuchungen mit Transplantation der linken Lunge an 40 Hunden.

Von diesen Tieren überlebten alle die Operationen als solche. 27 kamen zwischen dem 2. und 186. Tag ad Exitum. Von den 13 Überlebenden hatte ein Teil eine nach Monaten noch funktionierende Lunge, so daß erstmalig von einer homovitalen Transplantation gesprochen werden kann.

Auch nach Kältekonservierung des Transplantates bei 4–6°C für 24 Std waren noch positive Ergebnisse möglich.

Die Anwendung von Antihistaminica und Narkotica kann als begünstigend für den Ablauf angesehen werden.
