207. Einfluß morphologischer und operationstechnischer Faktoren auf Sofort- und Spätergebnisse beim femoro-poplitealen Venenbypass

Summary

A retrospective analysis of 355 femoro-popliteal vein bypass procedures demonstrated an effect on the immediate occlusion rate by the situation of the outflow tract, the localisation of the distal anastomosis and the clinical stage. The cumulative function curves (late results) showed an effect of the clinical condition in above knee bypass procedures and of the technique of the distal anastomosis in below knee operations (end-end better then end-side). Age, sex, year of operation, diabetes, local endarterectomy had no influence.

Zusammenfassung

Die Nachuntersuchung von 355 femoro-poplitealen Venenbypassoperationen zeigte einen signifikanten Einfluß des klinischen Stadiums, der Ausstrombahn und der Lokalisation der distalen Anastomose. Hinsichtlich der Spätergebnisse ergab der Verlauf der Funktionskurven einen Einfluß des klinischen Stadiums beim kurzen und der Anastomosenform (End-End besser als End-Seit) beim langen Venenbypass. Keinen Einfluß hätten Alter, Geschlecht, Diabetes, Endarteriektomie im Anastomosenbereich.
