116. Szintimetrische Refluxkontrolle nach Hiatushernien-Operation

Summary

Gastroesophageal (GE) scintiscanning can detect GE reflux rapidly, noninvasively, accurately, and with a greater sensitivity than other diagnostic techniques. The patient received 300 μCi^99mTechnetium DTPA. The GE pressure gradient was increased in increments by inflating an abdominal binder. The radioactivity in the esophagus and stomach was measured using a gamma camera on line to a data analyzer and computer. Following repair of hiatal hernia (SPV, pyloroplasty, gastropexy), no reflux could be detected in two-thirds (30/45) of our patients.

Zusammenfassung

Die Refluxszintimetrie erlaubt auf einfache, den Patienten nicht belastende Weise, unter klar defmierten Bedingungen die Inkompetenz des UOS zu dokumentieren. Nach Verabreichung von 300 μCi^99mTechnetium DTPA wird die Aktivität über Magenfundus und Oesophagus mittels einer Gamma-Kamera mit EDV registriert. Eine kontrollierte Drucksteigerung im Abdomen wird durch eine pneumatische Manschette erzeugt. 45 Patienten wurden prä- und postoperativ nach Hiatushernien-Operation (SPV, Pyloroplastik, Gastropexie) untersucht: Zwei Drittel der Patienten (30/45) hatten keinen provozierbaren Reflux mehr.
