211. Die intraligamentäre Korrekturosteotomie nach Tibiakopffrakturen

Summary

In 83 patients, intraligament osteotomy of the tibia head was performed for instability due to a relatively elongated collateral ligament. In 17 patients the instability developed after fracture of the tibia plateau. To achieve good results, precisely the type of instability must be analyzed preoperatively. The collateral ligament must be intact and only relatively elongated. A Posttraumatic deviation of the axis of the knee joint can be corrected simultaneously. Of the 72 patients reviewed, physiological stability of the collateral ligament was achieved in 56 patients; 64 patients showed free movement of the knee joint.

Zusammenfassung

In 5 Jahren wurde bei 83 Patienten eine intraligamentöse Tibiakopfosteotomie bei relativer Seitenbandinstabilitat durchgefuhrt. Nur ein erhaltenes Seitenband kann bei relativer Instabilitat durch eine Tibiakopfaufrichtung gestratft werden. Die Tragachse wird so korrigiert, daß die Hauptbelastung in den gesunden Gelenkanteil verlagert wird. 10mal mußten zusätzliche Eingriffe durchgeführt werden. 72 Patienten konnten nachuntersucht werden, 56 Patienten hatten stabile Bandverhältnisse and 64 eine freie Beweglichkeit. 45 Patienten waren beschwerdefrei. Bei den verbliebenen Restbeschwerden and Restinstabilität war gegenüber dem präoperativen Zustand jedoch eine deutliche Besserung eingetreten.
