Abstract
In a 46 year old patient periorbital pain, miosis and ptosis, i.e. Raeder paratrigeminal neuralgia, were caused by a temporal lobe glioblastoma. This is the fifth case in the literature in which this syndrome was due to a neoplasm.

Viene descritto il caso di un paziente di 46 anni in cui dolore periorbitario, miosi e ptosi (sindrome paratrigeminale di Raeder) erano causati da un glioblastoma del lobo temporale. Questo è il quinto caso descritto in letteratura di sindrome di Raeder causato da neoplasia.
