Zusammenfassung

Es wird an Hand einzelner, ausgewählter Kasuistiken über verschiedene Formen des Plasmozytoms im neurochirurgischen Krankengut berichtet. Schädel- und Wirbelsäulenplasmozytome (Myelome) kommen gleich häufig vor, wobei die Solitärgeschwulst überwiegt. Ihre neurologische Symptomatik und Röntgendiagnostik werden dargelegt.

Summary

The author reports on different forms of plasmocytomas in neurosurgery regarding some special cases. Plasmocytomas (myelomas) of skull and spine have the same frequency. Solitary toumors are more frequent. Its neurological symptomatology and x-ray diagnosis are described.
