Crystal Structure and the Lower Phase Transition in Solid Deuterium Bromide

Abstract

THE study of crystal structure and phase transition in hydrogen and deuterium chlorides reported in two previous communications1,2 has now been extended to cover the temperature range 4°–150° K. A comprehensive communication reporting on these investigations is in preparation. Meanwhile, the structure investigations are continuing to cover the remaining hydrogen and deuterium halides.
