Zusammenfassung

Calcitonin als neues kalzium- und phosphor-senkendes Hormon wurde auf seine Wirkung auf die inorganische Pyrophosphataseaktivität von Knochen untersucht. Eine Steigerung der alkalinen Pyrophosphataseaktivität wurde vor der starken Senkung des Serum-Kalziums beobachtet.
