Zusammenfassung

Aus Kalbsmuskel wurde nach Sephadex G-25 Chromatographie jene Fraktion gereinigt, die als Sulfationsfaktor bekannt ist und den35S-Sulfateinbau im embryonalen Hühnerknorpel in vitro steigert. Der Faktor kann bei hypophysektomierten Ratten die Wirkung von submaximalen Dosen des menschlichen Wachstumshormons erhöhen.
