Zusammenfassung

Durch wiederholte i.v. Injektionen von gelöstem Methylnitrosoharnstoff werden bei 4 Hunden intrazerebrale Geschwülste induziert. Damit ist der Beweis erbracht, dass dieser Stoff nicht nur bei Nagetieren, sondern auch bei grösseren Säugetieren Geschwülste des Zentralnervensystems verursachen kann.
