Inhibition of Mn++-catalyzed autoxidation of adrenaline by ascorbic acid

Zusammenfassung

Die Autoxydation von Adrenalin in Anwesenheit von Mn++ wurde quantitativ untersucht. Es ergab sich, dass die durch 0,1 mM Mn++ bewirkte vollständige Oxidation von Adrenalin durch 5 × 10−5 g/ml Ascorbinsäure verhindert werden konnte.
