Zusammenfassung

In den Paramyosinfilamenten des Byssusretraktors vonMytilus edulis wurde eine komplizierte Substruktur beobachtet, wenn das Gewebe nicht fixiert, sondern gefriersubstituiert wurde. Längsgetroffene Filamente zeigen ein netzartiges oder quergebändertes Aussehen, quergeschnittene Filamente weisen häufig eine scheibenartige Struktur auf.
