Summary

This paper studies the propagation of ‘Surface Waves’ on a spherically aeolotropic shell surrounded by vacuum. The elastic constantsc ij and density ρ of the material of the shell are assumed to be of the formμ ij r l andρ o r m respectively, whereμ ij ρ o are constants andl, m are any integers.
