Present status and future of the experiment TGV (measurement of double beta decay of48Ca)

Abstract

A short description of experiment TGV (double beta decay of48Ca) is given. The measurement started in the Modane underground laboratory in August 1996. The first result ofT 2/0ν1 ≥ 4.6 × 1020 years [90% CL] after 2545 hours is presented.
