Communication 48. Microbiological synthesis of 1,2-dehydroprogesterone derivatives containing an additional E ring

Conclusions

A one-step method was developed for the synthesis of 1,2-dehydroprogesterone derivatives, containing an additional E ring, via the transformation of the corresponding Δ5-3β-acetoxy derivatives with microbacteria.
