Rapid isoenzyme analysis of cell cultures by agarose Electrophoresis

I. Interspecies Identification

  • Published:
Journal of tissue culture methods

Summary

An enzyme electrophoresis method is described for determining and monitoring the species of cells in culture. Electrophoresis runs are completed in 25 min. The methods used are straightforward and do not require a large investment in preparation time or equipment.
