Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine neue, photometrische, auf eine vonRose undExton bekanntgegebene Reaktion aufgebaute Methode zur quantitativen Indicanbestimmung im Harn gegeben, die einfach, genau, in kürzester Zeit ausführbar ist und von bekannten Fehlerquellen frei ist.

Es wird auf Grund von Vergleichsuntersuchungen nachgewiesen, daß Bleiessig im Urin Indican verschwinden läßt. Da sich dies nicht in derselben Größenordnung vollzieht, wird auf die Unanwendbarkeit von quantitativen Methoden, die Bleiessig als Fällungsmittel bei Harnindicanbestimmungsmethoden verwenden, hingewiesen.
