Untersuchungen mit J131-markiertem Albumin über Austauschvorgänge zwischen Plasma und Liquor cerebrospinalis

Zusammenfassung

Die vorgelegten Versuche mit J131-markiertem Albumin lassen erkennen, daß sich zwischen Serum und Liquor ein dynamisches Gleichgewicht einstellt, das um den 3. Tag erreicht wird. Das Liquoralbumin entstammt unter normalen und pathologischen Bedingungen ausschließlich dem Serum. Es spricht alles dafür, daß auch der biologische Abbau des Liquoralbumins vom Gefäßsystem aus erfolgt.
