Zusammenfassung
Es wird über perorale und intravenöse Lactosebelastungen berichtet. Die Blut-und Urinwerte der Lactose wurden mit einer neuen enzymatischen Methodik bestimmt. Praktisch alle Menschen, die Lactose zu sich nehmen, resorbieren Spuren (1‰) davon ungespalten und scheiden sie fast quantitativ aus. Intravenös injizierte Lactose wird reaktionslos vertragen und innerhalb 24 Std zu 86–94% wieder im Urin ausgeschieden.
