Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen methodisch einfachen Latex-Hemmungstest unter Verwendung des nativen Patientenserums berichtet. Bei gleicher Spezifität ist der Test durch den Fortfall der Euglobulin-Präcipitation technisch einfacher als die bisher bekannten Hemmungsmethoden. Die Ergebnisse mit dieser Methode an einem Krankengut von 290 Patienten werden dargestellt und ihre Bedeutung für die Differentialdiagnose der primär chronische Polyarthritis diskutiert.
