Zusammenfassung
Die Korrelation der Ergebnisse, die mittels der Agargel-Elektrophorese und der Immunophorese bisher erzielt werden konnten, ergibt das folgende Resumee über die Beschaffenheit der durch wäßrige Lösungen niedriger Ionenstärke extrahierbaren Muskelproteine:
Mit den Serumproteinen identisch: Albumin α1-Lipoprotein α1-Glykoprotein α2-Makroglobulin Transferrin γ-Globulin
Muskeleigenes Protein: eine etwas kathodisch vom Transferrin wandernde Komponente (Mu 1)
Möglicherweise muskeleigenes Protein: zwei langsame (am weitesten kathodenwärts liegende) Komponenten [Mu(?)2 und Mu(?)3]
Nicht identifiziert: eine im Grenzbereich zwischen α- und β-Globulin wandernde Komponente.
