Spezifitätsunterschiede bei allergischen Anti-PAS-Antikörpern

Zusammenfassung

Ein im Verlauf einer PAS-Therapie auftretender Anti-PAS-Antikörper wird charakterisiert. Eine Rücktestung bereits bekannter Anti-PAS-Antikörper zeigt, daß sich diese Antikörper in ihrer Aktivität PAS-strukturverwandten Verbindungen gegenüber spezifisch voneinander unterscheiden. Als Ursache wird eine von Patient zu Patient variierende Antikörperkonfiguration diskutiert.
