Summary

A serum was obtained by sensibilisation of rabbits with pepsin digested human gamma-globulin (Gammavenin®), which contained relatively strong precipitants against the receptors of the h-chain and l-chains (kappa and lambda) of the immunoglobulin IgG. In the immunoelectrophoretic analysis three lines in the IgG-area can thus be demonstrated, which correspond to the h- and l-polypeptid-chains of the complete IgG-molecule. It has been shown, that those antisera are dvantageous for the immunoelectrophoretic analysis of paraproteins.
