Summary

18-aldosterone glucuronide and tetrahydroaldosterone glucuronide were isolated from human urine by ether-ethanol extraction, column chromatography on alumina and paper chromatography with two different solvent systems. The yields were nearly 50% for 18-aldosterone glucuronide and 80% for tetrahydroaldosterone glucuronide.
