Leukocytenlipide bei Hämoblastosen

Zusammenfassung

Bei 14 Patienten mit chronischer lymphatischer Leukämie, 10 Patienten mit chronischer myeloischer Leukämie und 5 Patienten mit akuter Myeloblastenleukämie wurden in isolierten Leukocyten die Gesamtlipide, die veresterten Fettsäuren, der Lipidphosphor, das freie Cholesterin und das Gesamtcholesterin bestimmt und mit den bei Normalpersonen gefundenen Werten verglichen. Dabei fand sich bei Gesamtlipiden und veresterten Fettsäuren ein Verhältnis von 1:2:3 entsprechend chronische Lymphadenose: chronische Myelose: normal. Verestertes Cholesterin war — wenn überhaupt — nur in geringen Mengen nachweisbar. Die Ergebnisse werden mit den Angaben in der Literatur verglichen.

Summary

We compared the total lipids, the total esterified fatty acids, the Lipid phosphorous and the cholesterol fractions in isolated leukocytes of 14 chronic lymphatic leukemias, 10 chronic myeloic leukemias and 5 acute myeloblastic leukemias with the lipid fractions in isolated leukocytes of normal persons. The total lipids and the total esterified fatty acids gave a relation of 1:2:3 in chronic lymphatic leukemia: chronic myeloic leukemia: normal. If at all esterified cholesterol was present only in small amounts. These results are compared with the findings in literature.
