Zusammenfassung

Akute Monocytenleukämien unterscheiden sich bei Durchführung der Hautfenstermethode nachRebuck in den ersten Stunden des Versuches von akuten myeloischen Leukämien durch das Ausmaß der Zellrasen und das reichliche Auswandern von leukämischen Monocyten auf die Deckgläser. Diese Tatsache deckt einen neuen Aspekt in der Differenzierung akuter, myeloischer Leukämien auf. Auf cytochemische Untersuchungen, sowie auf die diagnostische und pathophysiologische Bedeutung dieses Verhaltens soll ausführlich eingegangen werden.

Summary

In patients with acute monocytic leukemia the cellular layer on the converslips taken from skin windows during the first 6 hours is increased as compared with normal and leukemic controls, and is characterized by an excessive content of leukemic monocytes, thus differing from acute myeloblastic leukemia. This findings yield a new aid for the differentiation of acute leukemias.
