Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 12jährigen Knaben mit Pancytopenie vom Typ Estren-Damashek wurde bei Stoffwechseluntersuchungen der Erythrocyten und Thrombocyten ein Mangel an Glutathionreductase und Triosephosphatisomerase festgestellt.

Summary

Glutathionreductase and triosephosphate-isomerase were found to be reduced in the erythrocytes and platelets of a twelve year old boy with pancytopenia of the type Estren-Damashek.
