Zum Verhalten des C-reaktiven Proteins bei endolymphatischer und percutaner Strahlenbehandlung maligner Lymphome

Zusammenfassung

Bei Patienten mit malignen Lymphknotenerkrankungen wurde das Verhalten des C-reaktiven Proteins nach endolymphatischer Therapie mit131J und im Verlauf einer percutanen Strahlenbehandlung verfolgt. Während nach der endolymphatischen Applikation von Radiojod ein vorübergehender Anstieg der Titerwerte zu beobachten war, kam es unter der percutanen Bestrahlung zu einem kontinuierlichen Abfall. Das C-reaktive Protein verhält sich hierbei völlig entsprechend den akuten Phase-Proteinen der α1- und α2-Fraktion des menschlichen Serums.

Summary

The evolution of C-reactive protein was studied in two groups of patients suffering from malignant diseases, one treated with telecobalt, the other by endolymphatic application of131J. After endolymphatic therapy a temporary rise of C-reactive protein is shown, while under the treatment with telecobalt a progressive fall has been noticed. C-reactive protein seems to behave here like the acute phase proteins of the α1- and α2-fractions.
