Untersuchungen zur Spezifität anticytoplasmatischer Antikörper bei chronisch progressiver Hepatitis

Zusammenfassung

Im Serum von Patienten mit chronisch progressiver Hepatitis finden sich antinukleäre und anticytoplasmatische Antikörper. Antinukleäre Faktoren sind komplett spezies-, organ- und krankheitsunspezifisch. Anticytoplasmatische Antikörper zeigen ebenfalls keine komplette Spezies- und Organspezifität. Eine Krankheitsspezifität muß verneint werden, allerdings sind Antikörper gegen Lebercytoplasmabestandteile bei chronisch progressiver Hepatitis sehr viel häufiger als bei anderen Erkrankungen, so daß man wohl von einer krankheitstypischen Reaktion sprechen kann. Die Antikörper gegen Lebercytoplasmabestandteile reagieren sowhol mit partikulären als auch mit löslichen Leberzellfraktionen. Allerdings ließ sich die Reaktion mit löslichem Cytoplasma durch partikuläre Zellelemente nicht völlig absorbieren. Bei Patienten mit chronisch progressiver Hepatitis können demnach Antikörper auftreten, die sich gegen lösliche, organspezifische Antigene der Leber richten.

Summary

In the sera of patients suffering from chronic progressive hepatitis antinuclear and anticytoplasmic antibodies can be found. Antinuclear factors are completely unspecific concerning species, organs and diseases. Anticytoplasmic antibodies are also not completely specific for species and organs. They are even not specific for certain diseases, but antibodies against human liver cytoplasmic fractions are much more frequent in chronic progressive hepatitis than in other diseases, so they seem to be typical for this disease.

Antibodies against human liver cytoplasmic fractions show reaction with particles as well as with soluble liver fractions. The antibody reaction with soluble fractions from human liver could not be completely absorbed by liver cell particles. So we conclude, that in patients with chronic progressive hepatitis antibodies can arise which show reaction with soluble, organspecific antigens from human liver.
