Zusammenfassung
Es wird über die dünnschichtchromatographische Bestimmung der einzelnen Phospholipoidfraktionen in isolierten Leukocyten von 11 Patienten mit chronischer Myelose und 3 Patienten mit chronischer Lymphadenose berichtet. Die Ergebnisse werden mit den in der Literatur mitgeteilten Werten verglichen. Lecithin und Colaminkephalin machen den Hauptanteil der Phospholipoide aus. Unterschiede bestehen einmal gegenüber den Plasmawerten und zum anderen zwischen Lymphadenosen einerseits und Myelosen und Normalen andererseits.
Summary
The phospholipid composition of leucocytes from 11 patients with chronic myeloic leukemia and 3 patients with chronic lymphatic leukemia were investigated by thin-layerchromatography. The results are compared with literature. The main phospholipid fractions are lecithine and colamincephaline. There are differences of phospholipid-composition between leukocytes and plasma on one hand and between lymphatic leukemia and myeloic leukemia/normal leukocytes on the other.
