Zusammenfassung
Unterschiedlich konzentrierte Mischungen von Kupfersulfat und Natriumdimethyl- bzw.-diäthyldithiocarbamat zeigen an Conidien von Fusarium decemcellulare einen konzentrationsabhängigen Wechsel im toxischen Verhalten. UV-spektrographische Untersuchungen in Aqua dest.- und in Nährlösungsversuchen haben ergeben, daß der Toxicitätsverlust in keinem Fall von komplexchemischen Veränderungen im Sinne stöchiometrisch ungleichwertiger Schwermetallchelate (1:1 und 1:2) begleitet war. Aufgrund von Versuchen mit Kupfersulfat in subletalen Dosen in Gegenwart von zwei Komplexbildnern oder von Rhodamin B liegen Argumente dafür vor, daß ein toxischer Effekt gegenüber den Mikroorganismen nur dann zu erwarten ist, wenn Cu-Ionen gleich-zeitig mit dem gesättigten 1:2-Chelat auf die Zellen einwirkt. Ob über die nachweisbare Veränderung der Permeabilität das eingedrungene 1:2-Cu-Dithiocarbamat toxisch wirkt oder seine Komponenten, geht aus den Untersuchungen nicht hervor.
