Spektrographische Untersuchungen zur fungiciden Wirkung von Schwermetallchelaten

Silber-, Cadmium-, Nickel- und Kobaltdialkyldithiocarbamat

Zusammenfassung

Keimversuche hatten ergeben, daß Mischungen von Silber-, Nickel-, Cadmium- und Kobalt(II)-Salzen mit DMDT gegenüber Conidien von Fusarium decemcellulare einen konzentrationsabhängigen Toxicitätsverlust (Inversion) zeigten. Anhand UV-spektrographischer Untersuchungen wurde dargestellt, daß die Inversion nicht auf einer Veränderung komplexchemischer Bindungen zwischen Schwermetall und DMDT im Sinne der Umwandlung eines toxischen 1:1-Komplexes in einen nichttoxischen 1:2-Komplex beruht.
