Über den Wirkungsmechanismus der Blutdrucksenkung nach d-Tubocurarin

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über den Mechanismus der Blutdrucksenkung nach d-Tubocurarin berichtet, und die Lokalisation des Angriffspunktes näher untersucht. Pharmakologische Beeinflussung des adrenergischen, cholinergischen und histaminergischen Systems blieb ohne Erfolg. Es wird ein direkter „muskulotroper“ Angriffspunkt an der glatten Muskulatur der Gefäße des Magen-Darm-Traktes diskutiert.
