Die aktuelle Blutreaktion nach der Ausschaltung des Sinus caroticus

Zusammenfassung

Die Ausschaltung der Sinus carotici verschiebt die Reaktion des arteriellen Blutes in saurer Richtung.

Sie steigert nicht nur die arterielle Kohlensäurestauung (v. Euler undLiljestrand), sondern auch das Kohlensäurebindungsvermögen des Blutes und führt zu einem erhöhten Einstrom fixer Säuren in das Blut, der mit der schon bekannten Steigerung des oxydativen Gewebsstoffwechsels zusammentrifft.

Die Sinus-Denervierungs-Acidose ist also nicht nur als eine atmungsbedingte Kohlensäureacidose aufzufassen, sondern es steckt in ihr auch eine Stoffwechselacidose.
