Summary

The systematic use of frontal zonography in saccoradiculography is very useful and permits a better understanding of disc herniations before operation. A classification of the features of the lateral notch in the frontal view is presented. The value of preoperative saccoradiculography in cases of disc herniations is emphasized.

Résumé

La réalisation systématique de zonographies frontales au cours des S.R.G. dans les cas de hernie discale permet une meilleure analyse de l'incidence frontale, et en particulier de l'encoche latérale du fourreau dural. L'intérêt de la S.R.G. pré-opératoire dans les cas de hernie discale s'en trouve augmenté.

Zusammenfassung

Die systematische Anwendung der frontalen Zonographie bei der Myelographie ist außerordentlich nützlich und gestattet einen besseren Nachweis von Discushernien vor der Operation.
