Description de l'ultrastructure des mégacaryocytes de la moelle osseuse humaine normale dans leurs différents stades de maturation. Les auteurs formulent une hypothèse sur le mécanisme de la libération des plaquettes par le mégacaryocyte.

Summary

The ultrastructure of megakaryocytes in different stages of maturation from normal human bone marrow is described. The authors propose a possible mechanism of platelet release by the megakaryocyte.

Zusammenfassung

Beschreibung der Ultrastruktur von Megakaryozyten des normalen menschlichen Knochenmarks in ihren verschiedenen Reifestadien. Eine Hypothese über den Mechanismus der Liberation der Plättchen aus den Megakaryozyten wird aufgestellt.
