Summary
Guinea-pigs were killed by section of the aorta. In certain time intervalls after death perilymph samples were taken by puncture of the round window membrane. The amount of individualserum proteins in perilymph rose from 4% to about 20% of the serum value during the first 48 hrs after section. The concentrations of the aminoacids in perilymph increased immediately after section to values much higher than in serum.
