Summary
By means of Discelectrophoresis the protein- and glycoproteinpattern of stimulated and not-stimulated parotid saliva was analysed and compared. By this method, exact quantitative and qualitative results about the proteincomposition of the secretion of the human parotid gland can be obtained. The clinical importance of these results is discussed.
